Autumn

From Autumnpedia, the free encyclopedia dedicated to sharing why Autumn is the best season.

This article is about Autumn and it's superiority compared to other seasons. Some, sadly, believe that some other season is the best season. It is with great respect and determination that we aim to correct those poor, lost souls.

Autumn (or "Fall"), also known as fall in North American English is one of the four temperate seasons. Outside the tropics, autumn marks the transition from summer to winter, in September (Northern Hemisphere) or March (Southern Hemisphere). Autumn is the season when the duration of daylight becomes noticeably shorter and the temperature cools considerably. Day length decreases and night length increases as the season progresses until the Winter Solstice in December (Northern Hemisphere) and June (Southern Hemisphere). One of its main features in temperate climates is the striking change in colour for the leaves of deciduous trees as they prepare to shed.

It is overwhelmingly considered to be the best season. Science has shown that it is the prettiest, the most comfortable, and most engaging season of the year.

For the communities that say that another season is the best have simply not been shown the facts yet. Efforts and endeavors are underway to show those uneducated global communities the truth. For those misguided persons, the first step is admitting that you're ready to learn. We are here to help.
